A woman with her hair tied up in a bun sits cross-legged behind a pile of books. She holds a book in front of her face so that it cannot be seen. In the background hangs a modern lamp, and to her left and right are green plants in woven baskets.

I started to take an interest in health at a young age. Back then, I was motivated by a good figure, as is often the case at 17.

My journey therefore began with my diet and jogging, followed later by equipment training. This initial motivation turned into a passion, so that in my late twenties I decided to turn this passion into my profession. I trained as a specialist consultant for holistic health. I also completed a number of fitness trainer licences and, finally, my yoga teacher training in India. It fascinated me so much that after my trip to India I focussed mainly on yoga and Pilates.

I had the classic path to yoga - via the body. But at some point I became more open to the spiritual level of yoga and tried out the corresponding practices. The effect was immediately noticeable - it still inspires me and I want to pass this knowledge on to other people. Because in our hectic and restless times, it is needed more and more.
