All rooms and suites have individually adjustable air conditioning.
In summer, the room temperature can be cooled down to 18 degrees for your comfort.
You will find operating instructions on the wall next to the controls. In winter, you can regulate the temperature using the heating - not the air conditioning.

Our reception team is available 24 hours a day to check you in and answer your questions.

At reception you will find a selection of chargers for free use during your stay.

Our children's prices always include gourmet breakfast, in the evening the children choose à la carte from our Ritter children's menu.

Bathing fun
We are happy to provide you with a baby bath, hooded towels and children's bathrobes free of charge.

Dining pleasure
High chairs and children's cutlery are available free of charge, baby bottles for a small fee.

Nappy-changing helper
Changing mats and diaper garbage cans are available free of charge. Spare diapers, wet wipes and baby cream are available for a small fee.

Playing
Durbach offers numerous playgrounds. A selection of different card and board games provides fun and games in the hotel.

Your well-being is our top priority and you determine the extent of room cleaning.
As we care about our environment, we clean your room with Green Service, unless you choose otherwise.

Overnight stay
Well-behaved dogs are ❤ welcome by prior arrangement.
We charge EUR 19.0 per night for the dog's stay. We are happy to provide bowls and dog blankets on request. Discover our dog-friendly rooms & suites, marked with a dog icon.

Restaurant
In the “Ritter Stube” and in the “Ritter Wiedergrün”, your well-behaved four-legged friend on a lead is very welcome for dinner. In the “Ritter Wiedergrün” in particular, we ask you to reserve a table and mention your dog so that we can guarantee you a cozy spot.

For breakfast, we only offer you a cozy table away from the buffet in the “Wilden Ritter”.

We offer a daily laundry and ironing service.
We offer cleaning services from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

Sewing service
If minor sewing work is required on your clothes, our housekeeping team will be happy to do this for you.
The costs vary depending on the work involved.
