In which trades does the hotel offer apprenticeships?
Yes, as a DEHOGA partner, we provide forward-looking training and are happy to offer successful trainees a permanent position. Apprenticeship places will be available again from 2027. Further information can be found at here.
Are there any internship opportunities – and in which areas?

Are there opportunities for further training or internal development?
Yes, through our Ritter Academy, we support the personal and professional development of our ‘Glücksritter’ in collaboration with DEHOGA, as well as through in-house training and visits to suppliers. Annual performance reviews help guide your individual development path.
Are seasonal workers or temporary staff also being sought?
Yes, there are great opportunities to get involved with the hospitality team at the hotel and at Staufenberg Castle. Please feel free to get in touch with us directly and we’ll work out together which times suit you best.
Are there staff flats or accommodation available?
Subject to availability, we provide staff accommodation for our ‘Glücksritter’ and offer support in finding accommodation. Please feel free to contact us directly; we’ll do our best to help you.
