Are there any special offers for birthdays, wedding anniversaries or other anniversaries?
For special occasions such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries or other anniversaries, we’d be delighted to put together a bespoke package tailored entirely to your wishes. Please do get in touch before your arrival; we’ll make your special moment unforgettable with little touches and personalised extras.
Are there any romantic touches, such as roses or champagne?
Yes, our ‘Romantic Getaway’ package combines a soothing chill-out hot stone massage, a nourishing wine bath, a cocktail and delicious Black Forest soul food to create an all-round romantic experience. Use of the day spa on the day of arrival and departure, as well as attractive discounts on accommodation, are included. Available from October to April.
Can these offers be combined with spa treatments?
All our packages include unlimited use of our 1,200 m² wellness area. Many packages also include specific spa treatments such as massages, body wraps or wine baths. Furthermore, all packages can be personalised to include additional treatments from our spa menu. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Are there any seasonal offers, such as for the grape harvest, Christmas or New Year’s Eve?
Yes, we’re here to accompany you throughout the year with a range of special offers. In spring, the ‘Spring Magic’ package invites you to the blossoming vineyards; in summer, the ‘Summer Bliss’ package offers seven nights’ accommodation at a special rate. The ‘Autumn Magic’ package, during the grape harvest, combines golden vineyards with a tranquil wine tasting. In winter, treat yourself to our ‘Christmas Magic’ package between 23 and 27 December, as well as our New Year’s Eve package from 29 December to 1 January. You are guaranteed the best price when you book directly via our website or by telephone with us at the hotel. This is the only way to benefit from all the included services and our exclusive direct booking benefits.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
For most bookings, free cancellation is available up to two days before the booked arrival date. Different cancellation deadlines apply to packages: free of charge up to seven days before arrival; 80% of the total cost will be charged up to two days before arrival; and 100% thereafter. Early-bird and special-rate bookings are non-refundable. Different terms may apply for the period between 27 December and 3 January, as well as on public holidays.
