    Illogical focus sequence after triggering the filter function in the search results list
  • Syntax errors
    Syntax errors on some pages, e.g. "Duplicate ID" start page of the chatbot
  • ARIA attributes
    Some valid values are missing in order to use an accessibility function.
  • Automatically generated PDF files that can be downloaded from the website using the ‘Save PDF’ button
  • Links to external documents or websites outside this website may lead to non-accessible content.
  • PDF documents
    Some of our PDF documents are not barrier-free. We will endeavour to provide an improved version or accessible alternatives as soon as possible.
  • Operation
    The menu cannot be fully operated using the keyboard. We will endeavour to provide an improved version or accessible alternatives in the near future. In a mobile view, swipe gestures are necessary to fully utilise the website.


    2. Disproportionate burden
    We are unable to remove some barriers in older content on our website in the short term for reasons of economic reasonableness due to disproportionately high costs. The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis.

    There are no explanations in German sign language on the website.


    3. The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions

    The accessible information and files are provided by external parties, so that the Hotel Ritter Durbach has no responsibility for them and
