Accessible rooms are available in the Comfort and Comfort PLUS categories and feature spacious living areas as well as an accessible bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, grab rails by the toilet and easily accessible washbasin taps – ensuring a pleasant, relaxing stay without any restrictions. Is there a connecting door between the two rooms?

Yes, the Comfort and Comfort PLUS categories can be combined via a shared corridor, making them ideal for families or couples who are friends and wish to stay close to one another whilst still enjoying the privacy they require. Please let us know your preference when booking; we will check availability and find the right solution for you.

Can I request a specific room or a specific floor?

We are more than happy to accommodate any room requests or requests for a specific floor; please let us know when you book. We will check availability and do our best to provide you with exactly the room where you will feel completely at home.

Are pets allowed in the room?

Dogs are very welcome here. In selected rooms in the Comfort and Comfort PLUS categories, we welcome you and your well-behaved four-legged friend for EUR 25.00 per night per pet. When booking, the ‘Dog’ option will appear under ‘Extras’, ensuring a cosy place for your pet. After your departure, we’ll carry out an extra clean to ensure the highest standards of comfort and hygiene.

Is there a room that’s particularly quiet?

We have quiet rooms available in several of our residences, whether overlooking the courtyard, the countryside or the vineyards. Please let us know your preference when booking; we’ll check availability and find the perfect quiet room for you.

Is there hypoallergenic bed linen and hypoallergenic pillows, and how do I order them?

Hypoallergenic bed linen is available subject to availability. When booking via our website, you will find the option to specify hypoallergenic bed linen directly under the heading ‘Is there anything else we can do for you?’. We are also happy to take your request by telephone, email or via the chat function on our website, and will accommodate it subject to availability.

What exactly is the Greenservice, and what does it mean for room cleaning?

The Green Service is our standard daily service, because we love nature and protect resources. As a certified sustainable business, we clean your room every day without using electricity or water: we make the beds, empty the bins, dust the surfaces and replace toiletries and dirty glasses. If you would like a more thorough clean or would prefer not to have your room cleaned at all, please let us know – we’ll be happy to accommodate your wishes.

Why aren’t there any coffee machines, kettles or irons in the rooms?

We’d be happy to bring coffee and freshly boiled water directly to your room via room service – fragrant and ready exactly when you’d like it. An iron and ironing board are available to borrow free of charge from reception at any time. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.

Is the tap water in the room safe to drink?

Yes.

Where can I buy slippers?

In the interests of sustainability, we would be delighted if you could bring your own spa slippers. Should you forget to bring them, you can purchase ergonomic slippers from the Souls brand at our spa reception for EUR 22.00.
