Where can I park? Which options are free of charge, and which ones cost money?
There are several parking options available for your vehicle. The video-monitored underground car park is available for EUR 15.0 per night; electric cars can be charged there for EUR 35.0 per night. Parking in the adjacent car park or under the carport is free of charge; electric cars can be charged under the carport for EUR 25.0 per night, subject to booking. We recommend booking in advance. A secure underground parking space with charging points and a washing station is available for bicycles.
How far is the nearest station?
The nearest ICE station is in Offenburg. From there, the 7142 bus will take you directly to the Rathaus stop in Durbach, which is just a few steps away from the hotel.
When is the reception desk staffed, and what is the internal extension number?
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day and is available to assist you at any time. You can reach our reception team round the clock on extension -200.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Your room will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. For a particularly relaxing start to your stay, you have the option of using the Ritter Spa before checking into your room for EUR 20.00 per person. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11.00. Late check-out can be booked for an additional charge, subject to availability. You can continue to enjoy the Ritter Spa on the day of departure as a day spa for EUR 23.0 per person.
Is there a luggage service after departure?
We’d be happy to help you with your luggage. Simply speak to our reception staff and we’ll take care of it.
Can I have an invoice issued in the company’s name?
Yes, we are happy to issue company invoices. Please provide us with the relevant company details in good time before your departure. You can also pay your bill conveniently at reception the evening before your departure, in cash, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
Can we extend our stay in this room?
You can extend your stay at any time, subject to availability. Please feel free to speak to us at reception; we’ll check availability and look forward to welcoming you for a longer stay.
How do I pass on feedback?
Your feedback is very important to us and helps us to continuously improve our service. We would be happy to receive your feedback in person at reception, by email at info@ritter-durbach.de, or via the usual review sites. We welcome all feedback.
