Feel Black Forest Soul Food, taste the Black Forest. At Makidan, the menu changes daily, shaped by what the landscape around Durbach has to offer. Every plate carries the signature of the region: Black Forest, Rhine Plain, vineyards. The wine pairing comes exclusively from Durbach, because what sits on the plate deserves what has grown from the same soil.
