Information

Promotional codes are booking codes that can only be used when booking online.

Validity
The promotion is for a limited time only and is available only during the promotional period. Please check the text in pop-up windows, newsletters and social media posts to see when a promotion ends. They cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. If you cancel an existing booking, you will lose your entitlement to the terms and conditions of the original booking.

Discount Amount
Please also refer directly to the promotion for the discount amount. It may be a percentage discount or a fixed amount.

Scope
The offer applies to overnight stays including a gourmet breakfast. Please note that overnight stays with half-board, packages, additional services and other offers are excluded from this promotion.

How to Use
Please visit the website www.ritter-durbach.de/buchen. In the top right-hand corner, beneath the icons for view options, map, language and currency, you will find the ‘Booking code’ field.

Percentages
Please enter the relevant booking code here and you will then see the reduced prices. The discount will now appear in the input field, and a tick in a green circle confirms that the discount has been applied to the prices. A crossed-out price directly below the room rate shows the saving.

Fixed amount
Please enter the relevant booking code here. The amount will now appear in the input field, and a tick in a green circle confirms that the credit has been applied. When you complete the booking, you will see the fixed amount deducted.
