- Turn on the display by pressing any button.
- Light the stove by pressing the “▲” and “▼” buttons simultaneously and wait until the hourglass disappears.
- If this is not possible, the appliance is in temperature control or timer mode. Change this setting using the remote control, then repeat the steps described above.

- Press one of the “▲” or “▼” buttons to change the flame height (maximum 15, minimum 1).
- If “°C” appears on the display after pressing the buttons, the appliance is in temperature control mode. This setting can be changed using the remote control; once changed, repeat the steps described above.

- Press either the “▲” or “▼” button to set your desired temperature.
- If “°C” does not appear after pressing the buttons, the appliance is in manual mode. Change this setting in the temperature control menu, then repeat the steps described above.

- Check that you are in the main menu. If not, press the “Off” button until you return to the main menu.
- If you are in the temperature control or timer function, you can switch to manual operation by pressing the “Menu” button.
- Press the “▲” or “▼” buttons repeatedly until the flashing symbols correspond to the “Flame” and “Hand” symbols.
- Exit the menu by pressing the “Off” button once.
