FURTHER BENEFITS
In addition to the many benefits you receive in the wine and holiday resort of Durbach with the Black Forest Guest Card, you can enjoy benefits in more than 180 Black Forest municipalities. You can find an overview in the Black Forest Guest Journal, which is available free of charge at the Tourist Information Centre.
VISITOR’S TAX
Since 1 January 2026, the visitor’s tax has been EUR 2.20 per person per day of stay, applicable all year round. This amount includes a portion that the municipality of Durbach is required to pay to Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH as a flat-rate transport reimbursement for the “KONUS” project. For guests staying in accommodation that the municipality of Durbach, with the consent of Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH, has exempted from participation in the “KONUS” project upon application, the visitor’s tax is EUR 1.70 throughout the year (e.g. clinics). Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from paying the visitor’s tax. Upon application, certain groups of people may be exempted from the visitor’s tax or granted a reduction (see the visitor’s tax regulations of the municipality of Durbach).
